Very very friendly and attentively staff, you can get every information you want and good tips for Sarajevo too. Altough the hotel is located near by the airport, you wont hear anything, very quiet. Cool Hotel flair with all the chandeliers and vintage furniture. Grab a cab to the old town, its only 6€ and it saves you the parking search.

The breakfast was good and lovingly done, but its not what you think of "continental" and if you wonder why you only get nescafe as a coffee, its the most expansive coffee in BiH. So you just get the best, its not meant bad or stingy. I liked!

Very nice and clean hotel between houses run by a very helpfull lady.Our room was for 3 adults, nicely furnished and spacious.Hotel is near the airport but we didnt hear any plane taking off or landing.There are many shops,cafes and restaurants short walk to the hotel.We travelled by car so we didnt try the bus but we were told that bus would take 20 to 30 minutes to downtown Sarajevo.Hotel is very close to Sarajevo Tunnel.

Maybe some improvement can be made for breakfast.

Great location, close to the airport and a short walk to nearby shops. the hotel room was spacious and clean, with vintage furniture and carpets that gave the room a cozy feel. I also appreciated the extra amenities, such as the affordable refrigerator with beverages and the microwave available for use.

The lighting in the hotel was quite dim, which made the atmosphere unwelcoming and made me feel like something was off. the lack of functioning air conditioning made the room quite stuffy and unbearable during certain parts of the day.

Very close to the airport

We had an early flight, so staying at this hotel was the perfect choice. The room was clean, private, and had air conditioning. Plus, we were at the airport in less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel for a convenient last night stay before flying out.

All was perfect.

The hotel staff went out of their way to help us, the location -10 minute walk from the airport was excellent for us, the hotel seems new, is very clean, well maintained, well decorated & beautiful. Our kids loved it too. On the whole it much exceeded our expectations. We would definitely go there again, when travelling to Sarajevo.

The cozy hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to the airport, making it easy to reach by foot. the spacious and comfortable rooms are equipped with great TV and internet setup, ensuring a perfect stay. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing great service to guests. nearby local restaurants offer an excellent dining experience.

The hotel's lighting could be improved, as some may find it unwelcoming with lights always off.

The hotel staff was fantastic and very accommodating.

We loved the hotel's elegant decor, with beautiful paintings and furniture. The spacious room with a sunroom attached was perfect and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was ideal for us, as the hotel was near the airport with no airport noise and we could walk to the airport easily. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and allowed us to drop off our luggage early so that we didn't have to carry it around all day.

I liked the warm welcome from the hotel manageress when we arrived fairly late at night. She cooked a delicious fresh pizza for us on request at that hour and did all she could to facilitate my getting to the nearby airport (walkable distance) very early the next morning.The room we occupied was grand and very spacious . I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport for a very early flight and it was perfect for this purpose.

Shower was big and bathroom luxurious but shower door allows water onto floor and water was only warm at that early hour.
